Refund policy

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
7.1 Once an Order has been accepted by the Supplier, it may not be cancelled, amended or postponed without the Supplier’s prior written consent.
7.2 The Supplier reserves the right to charge the Customer for any costs incurred as a result of cancellation or amendment, including but not limited to: - production costs; -materials; - labour; - storage; - shipping or handling costs.
7.3 Where Goods have been manufactured, assembled, or allocated to an Order, the Supplier may require full payment for those Goods.
7.4 Website orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
